Partner Rules

1. Say it's a partnership

• Mark every post about HelloBae as a partnership, clearly and at the start, for example "#ad" or "Partnership with HelloBae", as the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising ask.
• Don't present it as an unpaid, personal recommendation.
• Where the platform has its own label for paid content, use it too: "Paid partnership" on Instagram and Facebook, "Includes paid promotion" on YouTube.

2. Share only where it's allowed

• Share only in groups, pages and channels you run or belong to.
• Follow each group's rules and its admins' decisions. If you're a member and aren't sure promotions are allowed, ask an admin first.
• No spam: no repeated posts, mass tagging, bots, or messages to people who haven't asked.

3. Adults only

• HelloBae is for people aged 18 and over.
• Never share with groups made up mostly of people under 18, such as school groups, and never aim your posts at minors.

4. Say only what's true

• Use the ready-to-post kit we send you. You can add your own words.
• Don't promise matches, dates, safety outcomes, discounts, money or features that aren't in the kit.
• Don't say you work for HelloBae or speak on its behalf.

5. Real sign-ups only

• No fake accounts, self sign-ups or sign-ups you arrange for other people.
• Don't pay or reward people to install or sign up (cash, gifts, contests) unless we've agreed it in writing.
• Don't run paid ads using the HelloBae name without our written OK.
• Don't post, pay for or ask for fake or rewarded app reviews or ratings.

6. Respect your members' privacy

• Don't collect, share or sell members' phone numbers or other details.
• Don't add people to groups without their consent.
• Crop out members' phone numbers in any screenshot you send us.

7. Use the HelloBae name and logo as provided

• Use the logo and images only as they come in the kit, without changing them.
• Don't create pages, accounts, groups, handles or websites that look like official HelloBae ones.

8. Your download link and partner code

• Your download link and partner code are personal to you and your communities.
• Don't sell them, trade them or share them with other partners.
• Your revenue share is worked out as set out in your partner agreement.

9. If a rule is broken

• We may pause your download link and partner code, hold the revenue share for the sign-ups involved, or end the partnership, as set out in your partner agreement.
• A serious or repeated breach can end the partnership straight away.
